Simple BBQ Ribs

Original Recipe Makes 4 Servings 

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs.  Country Style Pork Ribs

1 tbsp.  Worcestershire Sauce

2 tsp.  Liquid Smoke

1 tbsp.  Garlic Powder

1 tsp.  Ground Black Pepper

2 tbsp.  Salt

1 cup  Barbeque Sauce (Choose Dad’s Favorite!)

 

Directions

Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover. Season with worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.  Bring water to a low boil, and cook ribs 45 minutes or until tender.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Remove ribs from pot, and place them in a 9×13 inch baking dish.  Pour barbeque sauce over ribs.  Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, add more barbeque sauce and bake covered for an additional 20 min (Internal temperature of pork should reach 160 degrees F).

Remove aluminum foil and broil uncovered for about 5 minutes.  Enjoy!
