Cream Stuffed Strawberries

Quick and easy treat that is perfect to celebrate Mom on Mother’s Day!


1 pint Fresh Stawberries

1 (8 ounce) package Cream Cheese (softened)

½ cup Powdered Sugar (or to taste)

1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring

Chocolate Syrup (hardening)

Mini Cupcake Liners

Piping Bag with Tip



1. Cut the leaves off the top of each strawberry and place tip up on your prep surface. Slice a crisscross pattern in the tip of each strawberry and spread/flare the sections to open a space, or use a small paring knife to cut the tip off creating a small circular hole.

2. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla flavoring with an electric mixer. Blend until smooth.

3. Place mixture in piping bag and begin evenly filling each strawberry. Place in mini cupcake liners.

4. Drizzle with chocolate and refrigerate for a couple hours or enjoy immediately!
