Music at Twilight

Music is in the air. It is finally time to again come out and enjoy the music during the Music at Twilight series. This year we will be moving the series to The Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden and is sponsored by Arbor Ridge/Kerner Ridge. There have already been two concerts one in May and one in July that were very popular. The series continues this month on August 17 and will feature Exit 180 Band with a Back to School theme. The final event of the series will take place October 26 featuring Cup of Blues with a Halloween theme.

On these Thursday evenings, the excitement takes place from 6 PM to 8PM. There is food for purchase from SHEETZ and J.Peppers, as well as beer and wine for purchase from the Garden. Proceeds from your purchase at SHEETZ go to a local non-profit in town. This is an event that continues to give back to our community.

People of all ages are welcome, there is no charge to attend. Look no further than your community in Kernersville for something enjoyable to do. We are fortunate to live in a community like Kernersville that has diverse opportunities. Come to town and enjoy a park before the concert, or walk through our downtown and purchase unique and beautiful art, clothing, jewelry, and so much more!

Great music by the Exit 180 Band is sure to get your body swaying to the music this month. The Exit 180 Band is a five-piece band that includes different sounds from acoustic and electric guitars to keyboards and harmonies. They play authentic rock, classic and southern rock and will also play a few familiar Country songs. audience knows and In October the Cup of Blues Band will be joining us with a fantastic mix of Blues music with two to three musical elements.

Music has a way of bringing people together in a stress-free environment to forget about all that is going on in life and just enjoy the moment. The Music at Twilight Concerts provide this quality via the venue.

Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden is the perfect place to enjoy an evening of music and food with a beautiful landscape. The lawn has plenty of shade options. Each concert is different with music options. An optimal opportunity to bring your beach chair, lawn chair or a blanket, where there is plenty of space for the kids to run and beautiful flowers to see.
