No Coffee Pumpkin Latte

This smooth, creamy latte is great for kids or anyone wanting to enjoy a “coffee” without the caffeine. Yum!

1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 quart Milk
¼ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat. Use a whisk to blend well. Heat to a simmer; do not boil.
