Family First

Happy New Year! 2019 promises to be another great year full of exciting opportunities. The Kernersville Chamber of Commerce appreciates all of you and your continued support throughout the last year. We value your friendship and consider you our Kernersville family. And as the adage goes, family comes first.

For your family this year, there will be many events for you to enjoy. Our beautiful parks, ice skating rink, and other thrilling activities will be offered with the intent to unite our families in delightful, exciting ways. Most weekends, the Greensboro Swarm plays basketball just a few miles east of Kernersville. We are excited to announce that on January 5 at 7pm there will be a Kernersville Night at the Swarm! The Swarm will take on the Delaware Blue Coats at the Greensboro Swarm Fieldhouse. This promises to be an evening filled with excitement and unity as we cheer our team to victory! We hope you will join us.

Right around the corner on February 9 at 6:05pm, we will be supporting our very own ice hockey team, the Carolina Thunderbirds, as they take on the Watertown Wolves from New York. Come join us at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Annex and help us root them on. These fun-filled sporting events are sure to bring our community and your family together. So bring along your friends and let’s have a blast!

Close connections and business relationships are two things that help make a community thrive. Kernersville is committed to the exciting challenge of uniting our booming town. We have offered many networking and social opportunities in the past, and this year will be no different. Each month the Kernersville Chamber collaborates with a local business and hosts a Business Before Hours, a Business After Hours, or a Munch and Mingle to strengthen our community connections. These are great opportunities for each of us to meet new people, network, and share our passion for life and business with one another. 2019 will not disappoint, below is a list of events that will take place this year!
