24th Annual Parks Chevrolet Spring Folly

Mark your calendar for the 24th Annual Parks Chevrolet Kernersville Spring Folly which takes place May 6, 7, and 8 in Kernersville.

Each year, the first full weekend in May brings a wholesome family event.  The Kernersville Spring Folly began in 1993 as a result of the Tour DuPont that came through Kernersville.  It was a great opportunity for our town to experience a major bike race and see the excitement that spread throughout our community.

The Spring Folly continues to grow.  Over 32,000 people visit the Festival over the three day weekend, and there will be plenty of outings and activities that every attendee can enjoy.

With music on all three stages, bring your chair and stay for one performance or listen all day.

  • Amanzi Marble and Granite Main Stage: Motown, Beach, Soft Rock, and Country Music
  • Metro PCS Harmon Park Stage: Local Christian bands, Circus Daze Clown Shows, and great headliners each night at 7 p.m.
  • North Main Stage: Local upcoming bands from Christian rap to soul.

Rides at Harmon Park are always a blast for all ages.  Bring your friends to enjoy the carnival rides, clown shows, and more.  Food is available from our Civic Organizations-Kiwanis, Rotary, Ladies Civitan, Lions, and the Running Club.  All money raised from these groups stays in Kernersville to support those in the local community.  And of course, you can’t miss the classic festival foods like cotton candy and candied apples!
