Sweet Potato Casserole


3 Cups  Sweet Potatoes (Cooked, Peeled, & Mashed)

1/2 Cup  Melted Butter

1/2 Cup  Evaporated Milk

2  Eggs (Beaten)

1 Cup  White Sugar

1 Tsp.  Vanilla Extract



1/3 Cup  Softened Butter

1 Cup  Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup  All Purpose Flour

1 Cup  Chopped Pecans



1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Set aside.

2.  In a large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients.  Spread sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.

3.  In a medium bowl, combine 4 topping ingredients until crumbly.  Sprinkle over top.

4.  Bake approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
