Grilled Pita Pizza

pizzaA quick, easy meal that is delicious and can be customized with each member of the family’s favorite toppings!


6 Pita Breads

1 tsp. Olive Oil

1 (6.5 ounce) can Marinara Sauce

1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

¼ cup Sliced Mushrooms

1 (4 ounce) can Sliced Black Olives, drained

1 ounce Diced Peppers, drained

2 Small Tomatoes, thinly sliced



1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.

2. Spread one side of the pita with olive oil and pizza sauce. Top with cheese, mushrooms, black olives, peppers, and tomatoes.

3. Lightly oil grill grate. Place pita pizza on grill, cover, and cook until cheese completely melts, about 5 minutes.
